What are your "subconscious" sins?

This year my boyfriend & I are doing the Bible in a year plan. Last week, we just finished up the book of Job. What I am going to be talking about doesn't really have anything to do with Job's situation, soooo don't apply it to that LOL. It is more of my own thoughts that came up while reading chapter 31, Job's Final Appeal. There are a lot of roads you can travel down with this chapter, but I always feel called to talk about things not necessarily about the history or context, but the application of it to our lives today.
Basically to sum up what was going on for Job at this point is he has been suffering for quite a bit and he is losing hope. His friends are trying to convince him that his suffering is punishment for his sin, but Job continues to claim his innocence (which was the truth). In this chapter he constantly repeats the words "If I..." "If I..." "If I..." (31:16 "If I have withheld anything that the poor desired...") basically asking "God, did I do this?" Although Job was, for the most part, blameless and only asking these questions to prove his blamelessness, I think it is important for us to ask the same type of questions in our own lives.
What are your "subconscious" sins?
What are things you do daily that might go right over your head? What are you texting? What are you watching? How are you interacting with others? What are your thoughts?
We are SO quick to judge others when we visibly see their sin, but what about those sins that often go unnoticed for all of us? Things that we might not even recognize as sins because they are so normalized and ingrained in us today. I can't tell you exactly what that is for you because it is different for everyone, but we all have them.
It definitely takes time to work through these things because they are so normalized, but God created us for more! These things are only weighing you down. You don't need them to be liked or known by others because God sees you and He knows you and He loves you!!! These "subconscious" sins are limiting our God- given potential and we aren't even realizing it. Jesus died to make you pure and these things, even if you are struggling with them, does not make you impure.♡ It is Jesus Himself, who went through shame, that makes you pure every morning with His mercy. We need to be honoring that and not taking advantage of it. It is a gift. This is grace.
We should want to change our ways because of conviction, it can't be forced. It's not a rule book, it's love. So ask God to give you clarity and understanding about these things. Get into your Word and learn what is good and honorable for us all. He listens and He provides.
"If I have done these things, God, please give me clarity. Help me change my ways and my heart."
Hebrews 12:1-2 "Therefore, since we are surrounded by so great a cloud of witnesses, let us also lay aside every weight, and sin which clings so closely, and let us run with endurance the race that is set before us, looking to Jesus, the founder and perfecter of our faith, who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is seated at the right hand of the throne of God."
